We have tried to answer as many of the most asked questions here. If you do not find your answer here, please contact us either by phone or email.

Q -  Do I need an appointment to bring in books?  

A - No appointment is necessary. There is always someone here that can purchase books for trade or cash.
Q - Is there a limit to how many books I can bring in?
A - No, we will take any and all books that we can use, whether you bring in a small bag or 20 boxes.

Q - How much of the trade credit can I use at once?

A - You can use as much or as little of the trade credit as you want on anything in the store that is for sale. Any credit left over we keep here on file for you so you do not have to worry about losing any receipts or credit slips.

Q - What about books that I purchased at your store?

A - We automatically take back most books that were purchased at our store regardless of our stock levels. Exceptions may include books that are sold as clearance or have been damaged .
Q - Do you order books from other sources for customers?
A - We do order books from the internet for our clients who cannot wait or do not feel comfortable purchasing online. We do require a full non-refundable deposit for this service.    
Q - Are there certain type of books that you do not take at all?
